Your responsibilities

• Independent acquisition, re-engagement and support of new customers
• Onboarding, customer training and implementation of individual pitches
• Building a personal advisory relationship with customers
• Regular review of customer needs through direct conversations
• Ongoing maintenance of advisory strategies and data for your managed customers
• Internal communication of suggestions for improvement

Your profile

• Enrolled student at a German university, not on a leave semester
• Very good communication skills and enthusiasm
• Customer orientation and understanding of customer needs
• Good analytical thinking
• Strong team player
• Ideally: experience in customer correspondence
