Stellenbeschreibung
- You are responsible for the planning, control, and implementation of international plant engineering projects in the Product Business area with a technical focus
 - You manage projects in the fields of palletizing, packaging, conveying, and loading technology as well as conveying and handling systems for alternative fuels
 - You coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the main technical contact for internal and external stakeholders
 - You independently lead technically complex projects in international plant engineering
 - You prepare and monitor schedules, resource, and cost plans, including progress tracking
 - You prepare and negotiate offers as part of project execution and clarify project-specific issues with internal departments, customers, and suppliers
 - You prepare and review specifications and requirement documents
 - You take a proactive approach to risk management and independently resolve technical challenges
 - You manage all interfaces with engineering, procurement, quality, documentation, suppliers, and construction sites
 - You lead the project team, including change management and claim handling
 - You serve as the direct point of contact for customers, suppliers, and site management regarding technical matters
 
Qualifikationen
- You hold a degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, process engineering) or possess an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
 - You have several years of experience in project management within mechanical or plant engineering, ideally with site coordination / site management, and at least two years of international work experience
 - You have in-depth knowledge in at least one technical area: mechanics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or control/automation technology
 - Ideally, you hold a PMP certification or an equivalent project management qualification
 - You are proficient in SAP and project management / scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project)
 - You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and possess strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a team-oriented mindset
 - You have excellent presentation and negotiation skills and a confident professional demeanor
 - You have strong interface management skills for collaboration with internal departments and external partners
 - You are willing to travel internationally and have excellent English skills, both spoken and written
