Project Manager Sampling (m/f/d)

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or media designer specializing in project management or print media, or comparable training or relevant professional experience
• Professional experience in the graphic arts industry is an advantage
• High technical understanding and quick comprehension of complex relationships
• Communicative organizational talent
• Economic approach and entrepreneurial thinking
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., abas) is an advantage
• English language skills desired

Your area of responsibility:

• Interface function - Close cooperation with the project managers and production managers at our locations
• Contact with customers and suppliers for coordinating project details
• Responsible for purchasing and coordination of substrates, printing, print finishing, and associated external services
• Deadline monitoring of projects
• Creation of order documents for production
• Recording, checking, and correction of plan deviations
• Project completion and, if necessary, internal invoicing
