Project lead

As a global automotive supplier regarding our new investment in China we are looking for candidates for the position:

Requirements

• experience in project management in the automotive industry
• fluent English and Chinese
• excellent communication skills
• organizational talent, team management and problem solving skills
• strong focus on results and goals
• analytical and conceptual skills
• availability, willingness to travel, onboarding at the company location in Poland

Job description:

• project lead with the aim of achieving defined goals
• developing detailed project timeplan and ensuring it’s proper and timely completion
• coordinating tasks for proper completion of all reqiured work products based on agreed standards and customer requirements
• preparation and performing reviews and meetings concerning project status (i.e. Kick-Off Meetings, Program Management Review, Gate Review, Team Meetings) including creating and maintaining proper project documentation
• daily and active contact with the customer for project purposes ( Kick off meetings, revievs, open points discussion) including status reporting
• performing risk management and managing escalation proces in the project
• supervising project budget
• reporting achieved results on time
• initiating and supervising of analysis and problem solving process
• preparing production orders, supervising production, required tests and shipment to the customer
• creating Bill of Material (BoM lists) for products
• daily contact and cooperation with European locations of the company
